Use this form to register for a New Student Enrollment Day at the Concordia campus!

If you are interested in enrolling at the Geary County Campus for the Fall 2026 semester, please contact Student Services to get started.  (Call 785-243-1435 ext. 714  or gcadvisement@cloud.edu). 

*Returning students: Please contact the Advisement Center (Concordia) or Student Services (Junction City) to schedule an enrollment appointment with your advisor.
